Info Overload: "should", "could", "wont" and "will"

Tuning into what you need to get what results that you want

I don't know about you, but the past year has brought a lot of information overload. We have been inundated with a lot of opinions and decisions around a variety of very emotional (potentially triggering) topics. It has been a lot to process. As for the subject around health, it has broken my heart to see a population develop fear. I understand why they have, but it doesn't make it less sad to see. I have had 23+ years head start on getting clear on my philosophy around health, introspection around my personal responsibility in regards to it, developing knowledge in academia,  practice and anecdotally in my own life or the observation of others'. Health and learning are without question, two of my highest values - so much so that I chose a career path to explore both. So as we have faced a tremendous overload of "should's" imposed by everyone from our health practitioners, peers, media to our family or strangers on instagram, it can be helpful to get quiet and ask ourselves a few questions to get clear on if these things align with what makes sense within our own belief systems.

There is a lot I don't know, but there is a lot I do. I understand and respect the complexity of nature and how EVERYthing is connected. I also recognize that on any given subject, we are looking through a unique lens of knowledge, experience and unconscious belief systems.
