my Approach to Care

Care That Works With Your Body

Chiropractic care approaches the body not as something broken to fix, but as a system constantly adapting to stress, movement, and daily life. My role is to understand how your body is responding, and offer the right support at the right time.

Care is individualized, responsive, and designed to support both relief and long-term resilience.

What Guides My Care

Individualized, Not Protocol-Driven

No two bodies are the same. Care is tailored to your history, goals, and current capacity - not a standard template.

Nervous System–Informed

The spine, joints, and soft tissues do not operate in isolation. I consider how stress, sensory input, and daily demands influence your body’s ability to regulate and recover when considering recommendations both in and out of my office.

Gentle, Specific, and Intentional

Care is precise and appropriate. The goal is meaningful input that supports movement and function.

Collaborative and Clear

You’ll always understand what we’re working on and why. Decisions are made together.

How Care Decisions Are Made

Recommendations are based on:

  • Your assessment findings

  • How your body responds

  • Your goals and timeline

Care may include chiropractic adjustments (instrument- based and Thompson Drop), cranial sacral therapy, Muscle Activation Technique, Myofascial Release, Rocktape, shockwave therapy, and lifestyle-based guidance. In some cases, collaboration or referral may be the most appropriate next step.

The focus is not just symptom relief, it’s improving how your body functions and adapts over time.

Who This Approach Is For

This style of care tends to resonate with people who:

  • Value focused, intentional appointments

  • Want to understand their body, not just treat pain

  • Value long-term function over quick fixes

  • Are open to participating in their own recovery and health
