Pediatric adjustments are gentle and specific, and children can benefit from support for growth, posture, activity‑related stress, and nervous system health.

Visit one is a discovery visit. We’ll discuss your history and goals, assess movement, nervous system function, and complete a digital posture analysis.
From there we will create a plan that fits your body and present recommendations and a present this on visit two, at which time, if you choose, we will commence care.

My toolbox includes instrument-based adjusting, drop table (Thompson), Muscle Activation Technique, Rocktape, and Cranial Sacral Therapy. I offer full-spine care, and will offer home exercises including spinal curve support when indicated. Lifestyle and ergonomic guidance will be offered as needed. scription

The number of visits needed varies depending on a variety of factors, including the type of injury, state of health, lifestyle, and desired outcomes. A plan of care will be presented at your second visit. As we proceed with care, this plan may be modified based on how you are responding, or if your goals for care change. Health and healing is a process.

Many extended health plans include coverage for chiropractic care, though the specifics vary by provider. Our office does not direct-bill insurance, except in cases related to motor vehicle accidents (MVA) following Alberta protocols.
If you are an Alberta resident aged 65 or older, you may be eligible for up to $200 per year in provincial coverage through Alberta Blue Cross. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have questions about this benefit.
